Project Overview: Swoosh Carwash Web App

Swoosh is a comprehensive Management and Point of Sale (POS) system designed specifically for the carwash industry. Built with the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire), it eliminates the need for expensive hardware by turning any camera-enabled device into a professional member-tracking tool.

Core Functionalities

1. Smart POS Interface

The POS is designed for speed. Utilizing Livewire’s reactive components, staff can process transactions, apply member discounts, and select services (e.g., Exterior, Interior, Wax) with zero page refreshes.

• Real-time Calculations: Tax and loyalty point accruals are calculated instantly.
• Bento Grid Layout: A clean, modular interface that works as well on a tablet as it does on a desktop

2. Integrated QR Membership System

Instead of expensive RFID cards, Swoosh uses Dynamic QR Codes.

• In-Browser Scanner: Using Html5-qrcode and Alpine.js, the app accesses the device's camera to scan member cards directly.
• Instant Verification: Once a code is scanned, the system instantly fetches the member's tier (e.g., "Unlimited" vs. "Pay-per-wash") and history.

3. Member Management & Lifecycle

• Digital Registration: New members can register via a mobile-friendly form, receiving their digital membership card immediately.
• Tier Logic: Supports multiple membership levels with automated discount application during the checkout process.
• Transaction History: A full audit trail of every wash associated with a specific member.
